About Stradivari Violin v1-0-1 Update KONTAKT
The Italian city of Cremona, known for being the birthplace of string instruments, has a long and special history. Each instrument, made hundreds of years ago from wood from the surrounding forests, has its own unique personality, and the sound of all of them together conveys the heart, spirit and magic of the region. CREMONA QUARTET is a collection of four prized string instruments dating back to the 17th century: it captures and preserves all the details of their unusual characteristics.
Although best known for his violins, Stradivari also made other string instruments. His "Stauffer" cello, made in 1700, is declared an Italian national treasure. Complete the quartet with rich, deep tones, and add weight to the overall sound of the ensemble.
